The decaffeinated coffee undergoes a treatment of privation of caffeine by vapor and is ground on the spot. A coffee is never “only a coffee” but has an origin and variety. We propose also coffees from a single origin and single variety to best appreciate the uniqueness of this beverage. We want to cradle you with presses and centrifuges prepared on the spot. Our uniqueness is to prepare small salty amusebouches for the ones who love a drizzle of extra energy in the morning.
